Bruce Graham

Bruce Graham is an accomplished healthcare operations executive with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles. Currently serving as Director at BAYADA Home Health Care since November 2024, Bruce has previously held significant positions including Sr Director of Operations at Work Health Solutions from 2022 to 2024 and District Director of Operations at ATI Physical Therapy from 2020 to 2022. With a strong background in operational management, Bruce has also worked as Director of Operations at Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology, Regional Operations Director at DaVita, and Senior Director of Revenue at CARES, among others. Bruce began a career in sports medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer for the San Francisco Giants and Colorado Rockies. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, with a focus on Science and Mathematics, from Montana State University-Bozeman.
