Colleen Rush is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application support and IT project management. Currently serving as the Director of Application Support at BAYADA Home Health Care since May 1998, Colleen has effectively managed Jira Service Desk and Confluence for incident management across IT and the enterprise while leading teams focused on various applications and EMR systems.
