Lynn Hendricks

Lynn Hendricks has extensive experience in healthcare management and physical therapy, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Support & Guidance at BAYADA Home Health Care since April 2015, with prior roles as Associate Director and Manager in Regulatory Support & Guidance. Lynn leads the Bayada Senior Living Program, emphasizing clinical excellence and client relationships. Previous positions include Area Director at Advantage Care Rehabilitation and Area Manager at SunDance Rehabilitation/Genesis Rehabilitation, where responsibilities included managing multiple facilities and developing therapy programming. Initial career roles featured positions at Main Line Health and Aegis Therapies, primarily as a Staff Physical Therapist. Lynn holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
