Matt Lavan has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Director at BAYADA Home Health Care since July 2009. In this role, Matt leads a team of over 200 cross-functional healthcare professionals, focusing on delivering high-quality care and exceptional customer service to special needs children and young adults in Western Pennsylvania. Prior to this position, Matt worked as a Client Services Manager and Team Lead at Pressure Chemical Company from June 2008 to July 2009, and also held the role of Sales and Marketing Associate. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2003 and 2008.
