Robert Lattin

Robert Lattin is the Area Director for Government Affairs in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West regions at BAYADA Home Health Care since January 2020, where key accomplishments include leading coalitions that secured substantial funding for home care Medicaid rates in Delaware and Missouri. Lattin also serves as the Legislative Chair for the Delaware Association for Home & Community Care. Previously, Lattin held several positions, including Associate Regional Director at the Anti-Defamation League, Assistant Director of Communications at AIPAC, and Policy Analyst/Deputy Communications Director for the United States House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs. Lattin holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The City College of New York and a B.S. in Near Eastern Studies and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
