Winston Damarillo

Winston Damarillo is a seasoned executive with a diverse work experience. Winston is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at BayaniPay since June 2021. In addition, they are also a Co-Founder at earnie™️ since July 2022. Prior to these roles, they were the Managing Partner at Talino Venture Labs starting from January 2019. Winston also founded and chaired Amihan Global Strategies (AGSX) in 2015 and Exist Software Labs, Inc. in 2001. In their career, they have held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at PLDT from May 2015 to October 2018. Winston was the CEO and Founder of Gluecode Software from September 2001 to May 2005. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked at Intel and was involved in Corporate Investments from 1992 to 2000.

Winston Damarillo completed their education in a variety of prestigious institutions. In 1986, they enrolled at De La Salle University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 1990. Later on, in the year 2000, they attended the Harvard Business School's Executive Program, focused on Strategic Finance and Venture Investing. Damarillo furthered their education by attending the Harvard Kennedy School in 2011, where they completed an Executive Program in Global Leadership and Public Policy. In 2013, they participated in an Executive Education program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Enterprise Transformation. Finally, in 2014, Damarillo joined the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford for an Executive Program centered around Transformational Leadership.
