小川祐

祐 小川 is currently engaged in human resources at 株式会社ベイカレント・コンサルティング, where they are involved in establishing a specialized HR organization. Previously, they worked at 楽天グループ in corporate sales within the Rakuten Travel division. With a background in consulting and project leadership, they have successfully completed five major projects in various industries. In addition to their professional commitments, they coach water polo at their alma mater on weekends after retiring from the sport at age 30.祐 graduated from 明治大学 with a degree in Political Economy.
