İpek Taşkın is currently the Quality and R&D Manager at BAYDÖNER, where they focus on quality assurance and research development. They have previous experience as a Planning Supervisor, where they managed warehouse stocks and established supply chains for multiple branches. İpek completed an internship at The Coca-Cola Company in 2009, and they have worked as a Food Engineer at LA Wines-Arkas Holding and as an Inspector at CERES - Certification of Environmental Standards GmbH. İpek holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Ege Üniversitesi, obtained in 2010.
