Bob Garlock

Bob Garlock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Bayer Becker, where involvement spans from Urban Planner to Talent Development Specialist since November 1979. As Talent Development Specialist, Bob focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of colleagues to establish recognized leadership within the firm. Previous roles include Vice President of Landscape Architecture and Planning, Director of Planning, Senior Planner, and Planner/Designer, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing planning efforts, managing office expansion, to managing major site and master planning projects. Prior to Bayer Becker, Bob worked as an Urban Planner at Universal Homebuilders, contributing to a significant 110-acre site design. Bob holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning in Planning and Design from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 1979.
