Tim Bayer

Tim Bayer is the CFO and Principal at Bayer & Becker, Inc., where they oversee corporate business operations, including marketing, risk management, human resources, and finance. Tim has been with Bayer Becker since 1999, sharing responsibilities for strategic business planning and organizational development. Prior to that, they spent 13 years at GE Aviation in various roles, including Manager of Aftermarket Customer and Field Service. Tim earned a BS in Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
