Sara Dyson

Sara Dyson (née McAreavey) is a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager at Bayer, specializing in lifecycle management of medicines. They possess extensive experience in the FMCG industry, working with licensed medicines, medical devices, and herbal products across global markets, including the EU, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Previously, Sara held various roles at Reckitt, where they focused on regulatory strategies and product expansion, and gained foundational experience as a Bioanalyst during an industrial placement at GSK. Sara earned a BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of the West of England.
