Keith Blayden

Keith Blayden graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and began their career in the steel mills of Pittsburgh. After thirteen years, they transitioned to management roles, including Operations Superintendent at Allegheny Ludlum and Maintenance Manager at Latrobe Brewing Company, before the closure of the plant in 2006. Since then, Keith has built an eighteen-year career at Bayer, serving in various managerial roles in Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Site Management, and is currently the U.S. Site Management Lead for Crop Science R&D.
