Kelly Hoffmann

Kelly Hoffmann has a diverse background in training and development, with experience as a Training Consultant at Hoffmann Consulting, Inc. from 2001 to 2003, and as Director of Customer Readiness at XcelleNet from 1996 to 2001. They held various roles, including Training Manager and Ceridian University Program Manager at Ceridian from 1991 to 1996, and served as Director of Learning & Development at MAVERICK Technologies from 2006 to 2008. Most recently, Kelly worked as Compliance & Training Process Manager and Senior Manager at Bayer from 2012 to 2019, while also contributing as Training & Programs Director at Washington University from 2009 to 2012. Kelly is currently pursuing an A.A. at Southwestern Illinois College and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
