Marcin Duleba

Marcin Duleba is a Principal Scientist at Bayer, leading oncology drug discovery programs from target identification to early clinical development since August 2025. Prior to this role, Duleba served as Principal Scientist at Ryvu Therapeutics, where significant contributions included securing funding for a Primary Cell-based target discovery platform and developing advanced methodologies utilizing CRISPR technology for cancer research. Duleba also worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Houston, focusing on high throughput drug discovery platforms and drug validation systems. Earlier experience includes scientific research roles at The Jackson Laboratory and the Genome Institute of Singapore, with a research emphasis on stem cells and cancer biomarkers. Duleba holds a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University.
