Marcin Duleba is a Principal Scientist at Bayer, leading oncology drug discovery programs from target identification to early clinical development since August 2025. Prior to this role, Duleba served as Principal Scientist at Ryvu Therapeutics, where significant contributions included securing funding for a Primary Cell-based target discovery platform and developing advanced methodologies utilizing CRISPR technology for cancer research.
