Mine Recepoglu

Mine Recepoglu is a Senior Technical Manager at Bayer, currently overseeing responsibilities in the field. They have previously held significant roles at Novartis, including Validation Expert and Process Specialist, as well as a Technical Manager at Sandoz. They began their career with internships at Eczacıbaşı Yapı Ürünleri Grubu and Merbolin Paints, gaining foundational experience in production and quality control. Mine earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Marmara University.
