Rod Denton is a Senior Operations and ESH Leader with extensive experience in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Site Head for Bayer Crop Science in Kansas City since 2020, Rod previously held the role of VP, Head of Health, Safety and Environment at Bayer US from 2018 to 2020. Their career includes significant positions at Monsanto, including Asia Supply Chain Lead and Global Environmental, Safety, and Health Lead. Rod holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from Tulane University.
