Thomas Gosmann is currently the Sustainability Lead at Bayer Pharma Engineering. They have previously held various leadership positions at Bayer, including Head of Pharma Technology and Global Energy Manager, as well as serving as the Department Head for Energy and Wastewater Treatment. Prior to their role at Bayer, Thomas worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Robert Bosch Engineering.
