Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor has a strong background in software engineering and technology. Their most recent role was as a Software Engineer at Bayesian Health, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Commvault for eight years, starting in 2013. At Commvault, they held various positions, including Technical Lead and Contracts Specialist. In their role as Technical Lead, they collaborated with the architectural team on researching and defining technical methodologies and best practices. Michael also played a key role in designing and implementing an architectural shift from on-prem to cloud-hosted event-driven service-based architecture. As a Contracts Specialist, they focused on leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and worked with different internal departments to design, build, test, implement, and maintain automation. Before joining Commvault, Michael worked as a Management Advisor at COREiculum, where they were involved in launching and managing the organization during their undergraduate studies at Monmouth University.

Michael O'Connor holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management from Monmouth University, which they completed from 2011 to 2012.
