Responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing internal staff, managing human resources functions for SAP consultants, payroll, onboarding, client and subcontractor agreements, as well as accounts payable and receivable. Prior to this role, Michelle was an IT Recruiter at Computer Consultants of America (CCI) from 2000 to 2003, where responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, and supporting consultants for various client openings. Michelle holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Miami.
