Casey Thornton

Casey Thornton is currently an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and serves as the Assistant Laboratory Director at Baylor Genetics. They completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular and Medical Genetics at Oregon Health & Science University, where they were also a doctoral student from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, Casey was a Research Associate at the University of California, Berkeley, and held a position as a Student Researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. They have also completed a fellowship in Laboratory Genetics and Genomics through the ABMGG.
