Bayman Atkinson Smythe is a boutique recruitment consultancy formed in 2022 following the merger of Bayman Topping & Smythe and Atkinson Resourcing. Both organisations with the same values and ethics - the drive and desire to recruit the best way. Each Director having been in the recruitment market for over 25 years each, we have a strong understanding and up-to- date knowledge of local and sector specific trends and the passion to deliver excellent recruitment services.

We have have a wealth of experience of providing accounting and finance recruitment services across all sectors both as contingent recruitment or tailored bespoke solutions to support you to find the best talent on either a permanent, temporary or fixed-term basis for your recruitment needs.

We build strong relationship bonds from the beginning to enable us to be your trusted recruitment partner for the long-term, as we always look on relationships as being for the ever, not just the here and now. We ensure we obtain a thorough brief from the outset, regardless of whether it is the first job you have registered with us or whether we have already recruited for you before - regular meetings with yourself will ensure we are aware of changes in your company, ensuring we attract the right talent for now and the future.

We invest an equal amount of time to develop the relationship with you as candidates, to partner with you on your next career step. Offering advice and help, regardless of our involvement with a specific position you as a candidate may be looking at. Its about helping, by giving you the tools to succeed at interview and get the right offer.

We have invested in the latest technology and recruitment tools and channels to ensure we can build our business for the future. With our knowledge and years of relationship-building we are well placed to reach the passive job seeker as well as the active candidate and similarly the 'standing order' roles that may never be advertised.
