William Hernandez

William Hernandez has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. William began their career in 1990 as a Clinic Manager in the US Navy, where they served for 24 years until 2014. Following this, they joined North County Health Services as a Clinic Manager from June 2014 to May 2017. William then worked at Community Health Systems, Inc. as a Senior Operations Manager from May 2017 until November 2022. Alongside this role, they also served as a Site Manager from June 2017. Most recently, William has been employed as the Regional Director of Operations - Primary Care and Behavioral Health at BayMark Health Services from November 2022.

William Hernandez completed their education history as follows:

From 2016 to 2018, they attended the University of Phoenix where they obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, William Hernandez earned their Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of Phoenix.

In 2014, they briefly attended Villanova University to obtain a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, specializing in process improvement and quality assurance.

Earlier, from 2012 to 2014, William Hernandez attended The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health to complete an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Lastly, in 2005 and 2006, they completed a Medicine degree, specifically SF IDC, from the Naval School of Health Sciences.
