William Hernandez has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. William began their career in 1990 as a Clinic Manager in the US Navy, where they served for 24 years until 2014. Following this, they joined North County Health Services as a Clinic Manager from June 2014 to May 2017. William then worked at Community Health Systems, Inc. as a Senior Operations Manager from May 2017 until November 2022. Alongside this role, they also served as a Site Manager from June 2017. Most recently, William has been employed as the Regional Director of Operations - Primary Care and Behavioral Health at BayMark Health Services from November 2022.
