Tara Croft

Tara Croft has over 18 years of professional experience in the fields of technology and innovation management. Tara began their career in 2002 as a Project Coordinator for the Women in Engineering Unit at UTS. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a V&V Technical Officer for ResMed. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Nanosonics Ltd, where they held the roles of Head of Global Product Management, Product Development Manager, Product Development Process Manager, Post Market Product & Validation Engineer, and V&V Coordinator. From 2013 to 2019, they worked part-time as an Innovation & Product Commercialisation Advisor and as a Zero-Gravity Test Researcher for Saber Astronautics. Since 2019, they have been the CEO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Baymatob.

Tara Croft completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from AGSM (UNSW) in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a B. Engineering B. Medical Science from the University of Technology Sydney in 2006.
