Tom Joyce

Tom Joyce is a Senior Advisor of BayPine. Most recently, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Danaher Corporation, where he led Danaher’s $20B global, multi-industry portfolio of businesses. Mr. Joyce brings more than 30 years of deep and diverse Danaher leadership experience to his role. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Joyce played a key role in developing and evolving the Danaher Business System, the corporation’s proprietary toolset for customer centric continuous improvement.

Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, he served as Executive Vice President of Danaher Corporation, responsible for Danaher’s Water Quality platform and Life Sciences & Diagnostics segment. Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Joyce spent seven years in the manufacturing practice group at Andersen Consulting.

He attended College of the Holy Cross, where he now sits on the Board of Trustees. He is on the Board of Directors of MedStar Health, Roper Technologies, and The Economic Club of Washington, D.C. He is also a member of The Business Council.
