Casey Johnson

Casey Johnson is a Director of Training & Development with over 11 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry. Having competed as a Division I collegiate diver at Indiana University, Casey distinguished themself as an eight-time Big Ten Championship Finalist and a four-time U.S. Senior National Champion. In their current role at Bayshore Properties, Casey leads efforts in learning and development, focusing on empowering team members across various business groups. Previously, Casey has held positions at Trinitas Ventures, Spaces Management, AMLI Residential, and The Scion Group, where they consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing team performance and achieving operational excellence. Casey earned a B.A. in Management, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources from Indiana University.
