At Total, Brett managed small-capital projects at the HDPE plant and held various roles, including Operations Superintendent for the Butyl Acrylate / 2EHA Unit, Operations Engineer, and Risk Assessment Engineer, providing process engineering support to HDPE and Butyl Acrylate units, as well as serving as a Plant Support Engineer for the olefins plant. Brett holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 2000 and 2006.
