Dawn Morris

Dawn Morris is the HSE Manager at BAYSTAR™ / Bayport Polymers LLC, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry as both an engineer and supervisor. Previously, Dawn held the position of HSE Manager at Syngenta from 2013 to 2021 and worked as an Environmental Engineer at Syngenta Crop Protection from 2005 to 2008. Dawn's career includes significant roles at BASF and ISK Biosciences, where robust engineering designs and administrative controls were central to resolving complex technical challenges. Educated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Dawn is also a trained Process Hazard Analysis Facilitator and a certified Level 2 incident investigator. Currently, they focus on enhancing safety and environmental performance through practical, user-friendly management systems.
