Kinga Doris is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel for BAYSTAR™ / Bayport Polymers LLC since February 2020, Kinga has previously held significant legal positions including General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary at Liquified Natural Gas Limited (ASX) from August 2015 to January 2020, where support was provided for operations across Australia, Canada, and the United States. Kinga also served as VP General Counsel at Pacific Drilling Services, Inc., leading the company through a successful NYSE IPO, and as Chief Counsel for Global Operations and Strategic Planning at Pride International, overseeing major international transactions. Early career roles include Associate General Counsel at Core Laboratories and positions at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & McRae and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, focusing on corporate and energy-related legal matters across multiple countries. Kinga holds a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law and a BA, magna cum laude, in English from Texas Tech University.
