Alex Lee

Alex Lee has a solid work history in the finance industry. Alex started their career as a Collateral Analyst at Nomura Securities in 2000, where they created collateral analysis and credit rating agency reports. Alex then moved on to Deutsche Bank Securities in 2005, where they served as a Vice President overseeing collateral management and underwriting processes. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Project Manager/Consultant at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, providing consultative expertise and re-designing collateral data processes. Since 2010, Alex has been working at Bayview Advisory Service LLC as a Vice President, focusing on credit valuation and pricing for both residential and commercial properties. Alex also performed risk valuation for bank loan portfolios. Overall, Alex has extensive experience in risk management, valuation, and collateral analysis.
