Bryan Rhoads is currently the Vice President and Head of Brokerage Operations at Bayview Asset Management, a position held since 2024. Previously, Bryan served as Director of Brokerage Operations at VineBrook Homes LLC (2022-2024) and Township Administrator for Blendon Township (2012-2022). Bryan has also held the role of Senior Vice President at the VFW Auxiliary since 2025 and worked as a Utilities/Project Administrator for the City of Gahanna from 2002 to 2012. Bryan earned a Master’s degree in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University (2012-2014).
