Chandni Sachdeva

Chandni Sachdeva is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chandni spent over seven years at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Senior Associate. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Knowledge Analyst at McKinsey, as well as an actuarial intern at MetLife and a marketing executive at Red Bull. Chandni holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, and is also pursuing qualifications from the Institute of Actuaries of India and the UK.
