James Malaugh

James Malaugh, PhD, is a seasoned executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Malaugh spent over three years at Koalafi, where contributions included building the company from a startup of three to a substantial organization with over 300 employees and substantial annual financing. Extensive experience also includes key positions at 2nd Order Solutions and Capital One, where strategic leadership and analytics efforts generated significant value and improved team performance.
