Jeffrey Bates is an accomplished operations and real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and market acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since May 2024, Jeffrey previously held multiple leadership positions at Wedgewood LLC from August 2016 to May 2024, including Vice President of Wedgewood Homes and Director of Market Acquisitions. In these roles, responsibilities included overseeing non-foreclosure auction acquisitions, regional operations, and renovation supervision, while fostering an environment of growth and high-level execution. As a co-founder of Desert Bighorn Properties, Jeffrey focused on community investment through residential real estate, and prior to that, held significant positions at Carrington Real Estate Services and Lennar, receiving various accolades for sales performance.
