Josh Sher

Josh Sher is currently serving as the Senior Vice President/Director of Mortgage Modeling at Bayview Asset Management, LLC. Prior to that, Josh held various roles such as Senior Strategist/Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Senior Vice President at Countrywide Capital Markets, and Senior Scientist at ARES. Josh has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Wesleyan University. Throughout their career, Josh has specialized in predictive modeling for mortgages, risk management, security evaluation, and systems analysis for national defense.
