Steven Scaringe

Steven Scaringe is an experienced professional in project management and process improvement, currently serving as a Project Improvement Coordinator at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since March 2017. With a strong background in continuous improvement initiatives, Scaringe has held various positions, including Director of Process Improvement at Phoenix Package Logistics and Senior Manager at Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Scaringe's expertise encompasses Lean Six Sigma methodologies, business process reengineering, and IT project management across multiple sectors, including banking, logistics, and public service. Scaringe holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University at Albany and a BS in Business Administration from the College of St. Rose, along with PMP training from PMTI.
