At Baywest Homes our core purpose is ‘Together, we craft exceptional homes that serve the unique needs of our homeowners’. We are passionate about this purpose and excited to be an ongoing contributor to the residents of Calgary and surrounding communities.

We build Bungalow Villas, Semi-Estate, Estate single family living homes from the $497's to $1.4m+.

Baywest has grown its capabilities over more than 30 years of serving the Calgary market. Originally established as a builder of custom homes, Baywest has expanded its offering to include move-up homes and higher-end attached products.

Drawing from our custom home pedigree and production capabilities, we provide a new home building option unlike any other within the Calgary market. We offer our homeowners the ability to personalize their home plan upfront, then benefit from our production efficiencies through the construction process.

Our homeowners enjoy a premium build experience, with a commitment to quality construction, superior care and long-term satisfaction. From the moment they sign a contract, through the time after they move in, our impression will carry for a lifetime.

With the ability to personalize their home plan, we see the sense of pride and ownership our homeowners have when what began as a ‘Baywest plan’ becomes ‘their plan’.

Baywest Homes builds semi-estate and estate homes and Bungalow Villas from the low $500's to $1.4m+ in Cranston's Riverstone, Mahogany, Walden and Harmony.
