Amber Moss

Amber Moss has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amber began their career as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young from October 1999 to August 2003. Amber then joined Diamond Management & Technology Consultants as the Manager of SEC Reporting & Revenue Recognition from September 2003 to September 2008. At Diamond, they were responsible for preparing financial statements and filings with the SEC, as well as managing accounts receivable and revenue recognition.

In October 2008, Amber moved on to Lombardi Software, where they served as the Accounting Manager until January 2011. During their time at Lombardi, they managed the monthly close process, prepared financial reports, and implemented a new accounting and reporting solution.

Amber then joined Bazaarvoice in February 2011 as the Global Revenue Manager until November 2012. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing global revenue. Amber later became the Equity Manager from November 2012 to April 2014 at Bazaarvoice, where they managed record keeping and expense reporting related to equity plans.

From May 2014 to April 2015, Amber served as the Senior Manager of Finance Operations - Compensation & Equity at Bazaarvoice. In this role, they managed record keeping, expense reporting, and accounting of payroll and compensation areas. Amber also oversaw payroll processing and mentored a team of three.

From May 2015 to March 2018, Amber was promoted to Director of Accounting at Bazaarvoice. Finally, they took on the role of VP, Controller at Bazaarvoice starting in April 2018.

Amber Moss attended Ohio University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Amber'sareas of focus were Accounting and International Business.
