Chan Y. has extensive work experience in the tech industry. They began their career at Apple in 2011, holding various roles including Technical Support Team Manager and Technical Support for Enterprise & Education Help Desk Support. They were responsible for managing a team, coordinating with various departments, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and leading sales initiatives. In 2015, Chan Y. joined VMware as an Implementation Consultant, where they worked on implementing software solutions for clients. In 2016, they moved on to Marin Software as a Senior Solutions Architect, providing technical solutions and support.
