Chris Landry

Chris Landry is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal Engineer at Penguin Plan since August 2023, Chris encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including product design and development, architecture, software engineering, and business operations such as marketing and budgeting. As Director of Engineering at Bazaarvoice since April 2023, Chris leverages prior experience at Shopify, where a significant role included overseeing Engineering for Revenue and forming R&D teams. Previous positions include Dev Lead at Vidyard, where Chris developed a live streaming product, and roles at Igloo Software, Miovision Technologies, and Research In Motion, contributing to various software development and incident management projects. Additionally, Chris demonstrated governance and advocacy skills as Chair and Trustee of the Woodstock Public Library Board.
