James Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. James started their career in 2007 as a New Business Member Representative at Sam's Club. In 2008, they joined Apple as a Specialist and later took on the role of Business Specialist. James also had a short-term assignment as part of Global Retail Business Operations. In 2013, they moved to FeedMagnet, where they worked as an Account Executive. Finally, in 2014, they joined Bazaarvoice and held various client success management positions, including Account Executive, Client Success Manager (both Mid-Market and Enterprise Retail), Lead Client Success Manager, and currently serves as the Manager of Client Success.
James Miller attended the University of Arkansas from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
