John Jackson

John Jackson currently serves as a Senior Social Commerce Strategist at Bazaarvoice since September 2023. Previously, John worked at Meta from February 2022 to August 2023 as a Customer Success Manager, following Meta's acquisition of Kustomer, where John held the same title from October 2020 to August 2023.
