Jutta Knapp

Jutta Knapp has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jutta began their career in 2010 at Südgrund GmbH as a Full-time Valuations and Property Administration Trainee, where they gained experience in project controlling, valuations, administration, and letting jobs. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Bierschenke before moving on to a Construction Management and Documentation Trainee role at Metallbau Früh. Jutta then joined the Institute for Sustainability as a Full-time Project Support and Research Trainee in 2013.

Jutta returned to the Institute for Sustainability in 2014 and held roles as a Junior Project Manager and Project Coordinator. In these positions, they were involved in project management, task delivery, project coordination, and support for various projects focused on urban resilience and sustainability.

In 2016, Jutta took a break from their career to become a first-time mum. Jutta did not consider this as a gap in their CV, but rather a significant personal development. Jutta highlighted the planning and project management skills needed as a parent.

After their maternity leave, Jutta joined Bazaarvoice in 2018 as an Engagement Manager. Jutta then progressed to the role of Team Lead, Engagement Services in 2022.

Overall, Jutta has a wide range of experience in project management, coordination, support, and team leadership in both the sustainability and hospitality industries.

Jutta Knapp has a strong educational background in the field of Real Estate Development. In 2012, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management with a specialization in Construction and Real Estate Businesses at Fachhochschule Biberach. In 2010-2011, they also participated in courses at London South Bank University in Property Development, Valuations, Corporate and Project Finance, and Business Management, with the results counting towards their German Bachelor degree.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, in March 2017, Jutta Knapp obtained the BREEAM Associate certification from BRE Academy.
