Kaitlin Rollins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitlin began their career as a Shift Manager at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from June 2009 to August 2011. Kaitlin then interned at the Cobb County District Attorney's Office as a Victim Witness from January 2014 to April 2014. Following that, they worked as an Intern at Cobb County Juvenile Court from January 2015 to May 2015.
In June 2015, Kaitlin joined the Cobb County Circuit Defender's Office as a Judicial Clerk, where they handled attorney payments, answered phones, and assisted clients and attorneys at the front counter. Kaitlin later became a Background Investigator in December 2015, conducting interviews with defendants to determine their eligibility for an attorney and conducting charge research.
Kaitlin further expanded their experience in the social services sector by working as a Behavior Aide at ELKS AIDMORE, INC. DBA ELKS AIDMORE CHILDREN'S CENTER from December 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they assisted children in therapeutic foster homes in achieving their case plan goals and addressing behavioral issues.
Most recently, Kaitlin joined Bazaarvoice in November 2021 as a Sampling Campaign Operations staff member. Their responsibilities include launching campaigns for clients, processing nomination forms, ensuring clients have purchased units, and managing all required campaign information. Kaitlin also effectively communicates with clients, sales teams, and managers to ensure a smooth process and escalate any issues as necessary.
Kaitlin Rollins completed their high school education at Lassiter High School from 2007 to 2011, obtaining a High School Diploma. Kaitlin then went on to attend Kennesaw State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Human Services with a focus on Child Advocacy.
