Lacey Cormier has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lacey began their career at Essential Federal Credit Union in 2006, where they worked as a Data Processing Administrator until 2008. Lacey then joined Advanced Solutions International, Inc. in 2008, initially as a Technical Support Analyst II and later promoted to Senior Technical Support Analyst. During their time at ASI, Lacey provided technical support to partners and customers, documented and reported product defects and enhancement requests, researched complex technical issues, trained end-users and internal staff on product offerings, and served as a mentor for the technical support staff. Lacey also played a key role in a small business implementation team, actively contributing to the conversion of new clients to the iMIS 100 or 200 software. In 2015, Lacey joined Bazaarvoice as a Senior Technical Success Manager and subsequently held the positions of Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Account Manager. Lacey'sresponsibilities at Bazaarvoice included leading a team of Technical Account Managers, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring their success with the company's products and services.

Lacey Cormier completed their undergraduate education from Louisiana State University, where they pursued a degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from 2002 to 2006. During their professional career, they obtained the certification in "JavaScript Essential Training" from lynda.com in April 2015.
