Luisa Gardea

Luisa Gardea has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Luisa recently joined Bazaarvoice as a Sales Development Representative in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Soan as a Business Developer, focusing on the development of the Spanish market for a fintech startup. In this role, they were responsible for marketing and sales strategies and product adaptation.

Before Soan, Luisa worked at Fly Across as an Account Manager Key Account from December 2017 to June 2019. Luisa managed key accounts and ensured high customer satisfaction.

Luisa also gained experience at CINSA MEXICO as an Account Executive from March 2017 to November 2017. In this role, they executed and managed sales strategies for the promotions channel, including negotiation, price control, sales management, and customer relationship.

Prior to that, Luisa worked at Grupo Industrial Saltillo as a Sales and Operations trainee from March 2016 to March 2017. During their time there, they successfully executed two key projects related to sell out strategy implementation and warehouse management systems.

Luisa's career started with an opportunity at Walt Disney World as part of the International College Program in 2014. This experience gave their the chance to learn from one of the world's most innovative entertainment companies, focusing on excellent customer service and quick learning.

Through their various roles, Luisa has developed skills in sales, business development, account management, project management, and customer service.

Luisa Gardea began their education in 2013 at the Universidad de Burgos, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations. In 2015, they enrolled at OMNES Education to continue their Bachelor's degree studies in Business/Commerce, General. From 2011 to 2015, they attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey, earning their Bachelor's degree in International Business. Currently, Luisa is pursuing a Master of Science - MS in Brand Management and Marketing at INSEEC MSc, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2022.
