Mark Ly is a seasoned technology, operations, product, and growth executive with a focus on e-commerce, digital media, ad-tech, and software. Mark has held leadership roles including Vice President of Product & Technology at Granify, where they led all product and technology groups until its acquisition by Bazaarvoice in 2024. Prior to that, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at Investopedia, managing a team of over 50 employees and transforming company culture through data-driven decision-making. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta, Mark has extensive experience in full P&L ownership and has been involved in multiple successful exits. Currently, Mark is the Vice President of Software Engineering at Bazaarvoice and also serves as President of a private investment firm, Rely Investments.
