Michael Hodge

Michael Hodge has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. michael started their career at Accenture in 2005 as a Client Finance Management Analyst, supporting clients across multiple industries. michael then progressed to roles such as Client Finance Management Specialist and Client Finance Management Manager, where they supervised finance teams, ensured compliance with financial regulations, and implemented strategies for margin improvement.

In 2012, Michael joined Accenture's SWAT/Transition team as a Finance Manager, where they managed high-risk clients and contracts, supported contract renegotiations, and oversaw large-scale implementations. michael later became a Client Finance Planning & Analysis Management Executive, where they served as a financial executive for the State of Texas client and supervised a finance team. During this role, they implemented financial discipline and standardized monthly processes.

In 2015, Michael joined Tangoe as a Director in the Commercial Desk Finance department. In this role, they provided deal financial analysis, negotiated contracts, and collaborated with various teams to ensure profitable deals while mitigating risk.

Most recently, Michael worked at Bazaarvoice as a Finance Director in the Deal Desk. michael led a global team responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial terms. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Channel Partnership Finance & Operations, where they developed and managed key channel strategies to drive ARR growth.

Throughout their career, Michael demonstrated strong financial expertise, the ability to manage complex contracts and negotiations, and a focus on driving profitability and growth.

Michael Hodge attended the Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2020 to 2021, where they earned an Executive Masters in Business & Administration. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management.
