Senior Manager, Technical Account Management at Bazaarvoice

Mike Gilsbach has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as a Senior Technical Content Developer at Quest Software. Mike then went on to establish their own company, Gilsbach Designs, where they served as the owner from 2003 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Bazaarvoice as an Implementation Engineer and gradually advanced to roles such as Senior Implementation Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Manager of Technical Account Management, and currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Technical Account Management. In their current role at Bazaarvoice, they lead a team of strategic consultants, providing technical account management and expertise to large and highly-engaged clients globally. Mike is responsible for various aspects including team management, hiring, coaching, escalation assistance, program strategy, methodology, and coordination with other business functions.

Mike Gilsbach obtained their Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in the Customer Experience Program from the Customer Experience at University of Houston Bauer Business College in October 2021.
