Reese C. is a dedicated Technical Account Manager at Bazaarvoice since February 2024 and also serves as the Founder and Developer of FreshCogs, managing all aspects of development, project design, and customer support since November 2022. Previously, Reese held the position of Manager for Web Design and Development at The University of Texas at Austin from June to December 2023, overseeing website management for a major department. Between August 2014 and April 2022, Reese worked at MLA Geotechnical, progressing from Project Manager to Department Manager for Contracts/Administrative, where responsibilities included personnel management and operational reporting. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Pizza Hut from May 2005 to October 2013, culminating in the role of Restaurant General Manager. Reese holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a Minor in History from the University of North Texas and completed a Software Engineering program at Flatiron School in late 2022.
