RP KOVI has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2021 to present, they have served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Bazaarvoice, where they contribute to the development and implementation of solutions that help brands and retailers enhance their online presence and engage with customers. Prior to this, RP KOVI was the CEO of DIVRT from 2018 to 2021, responsible for managing finance, legal, compliance, and various business functions. From 2005 to 2016, RP KOVI worked at Amadeus IT Group, first as a Senior Manager overseeing project management and application support, and later in software development and implementation roles, focused on tools automation and customer portal management. Before joining Amadeus, RP KOVI served as a Software Engineer and Project Manager at Approxima Advanced Technologies Gmbh from 2002 to 2005.

RP KOVI completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, Aviation & Aerospace from TBS Education between 2016 and 2017. Before that, they pursued a GMAE (General Management for Aviation & Aerospace Executives) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their education, RP KOVI earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science/Informatik from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2003. They also hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, obtained between 1996 and 2000. Furthermore, RP KOVI has obtained various certifications, including OSSTMM Professional Security Expert from ISECOM in March 2016, CPISI (IT Security) from SISA in September 2014, Zertifikat Deutsch B1 (German) from TÜV SüD in February 2009, Sun Certified Java from Sun Microsystems in March 2002, and Certified SCRUM Master. They also have a certification in ITIL from TÜV SüD.
